I placed an order last April 24 & paid it through online but until now I didn't receive any emails from them on when can I take the items from the shop since I chose "click & collect". I've send multiple emails but I've received same apology mails from them telling me that they will fix the problem but up to now no actions done from their side. For sure they will apologise on this matter but no actions at all since they already took my money. LOL! Such a dismay. 😤

1 ★The worst return experience ever. I called them many times and nothing happened. I made my return request before a month and still waiting.
2 ★Though the app looks good, not sure if someone was lucky enough to use it succesfully for online purchase!.Placed few orders but all were getting cancelled later without siting any reason!. There should be a way to know the reason behind cancellation. I dont think it is due to availability as the item is still in stock!. My advise- don't waste time trying to order and wait for delivery.
1 ★I don't know why you guys are encouraging customers to use this app, when in the first place this app just doesn't want to work. It has taken hours and hours and the page is refusing to open so forget about shopping.
1 ★Absolutely pathetic experience in terms of delivery. It is taking longer than expected and the agents can't give any specific date for the item. I'm traveling tomorrow and need the package at the earliest, and nobody at babyshop seems to know where the package is. Extremely disappointed. Also the agents repeatedly kept saying that they have escalated the matter, but when I ask for a cc on the email. They simply say "you have to trust us". Again extremely disappointed.
3 ★The app is easy to use, and the discounts are incredibly good. But I'm giving them 3* rate because of their delivery and customer service. They are far from other online baby stores. Expect delays in delivery. Don't try to contact their customer service, they can't help you and will tell you to ask the delivery company instead. There is no point in following up, you will just waste your time.
1 ★I cannot browse anything! Every time it shows "you are not connected to the internet " problem! Even though, I tried it in two different phones, with many internet options! You are losing if you don't fix this issue the soonest. By the way, the issue is the same on the other applications; Home Center, Home Box, Centerpoint....etc
3 ★Good app, I would give the 5 star if they take out the bugs we are facing. after adding the items to the cart and when I wanted to pay it gives me the error Opps something went wrong try again later. it happened for 48 hours got fed up went to the babyshop directly and bought the stuff. They announce with the good offers and price range but when I wanted to buy it didn't go through. 🙄

1 ★Terrible customer service. We ordered a crib online and we did not assemble it. According to their return policy, you can return an item if it is in the original packaging and not assembled. We wanted to exchange it for another crib but were told we could not exchange, we could return it, get our money refunded and then order a new item. After ordering and paying for the new crib, they are now refusing to return the old one for no valid reason. It's a scam.
