Wij helpen je graag een druk bestaan te combineren met gezond bewegen.Bij URSUS zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden om aan je gezondheid te werken. Je kan kiezen voor individueel fitness of een training in groepsverband. Voor alle activiteiten geldt dat je constant professioneel begeleid wordt. In overleg met één van onze instructeurs stel je een schema op dat specifiek is afgesteld op jouw trainingsdoelen. Daarnaast is er een ruime keuze uit ons groepslessen aanbod. Het is ook mogelijk om een small group training te krijgen, elke ochtend worden er in de fitnesszaal circuit trainingen aangeboden. Train je liever met een Personal Trainer? Ook dat is mogelijk bij URSUS. Plezier staat voorop, sporten moet immers leuk zijn. Wanneer je met plezier komt trainen hou je het ook makkelijker vol!
Naast actief bezig zijn kan je bij ons ook heerlijk ontspannen. In de kleedkamers zijn sauna's aanwezig en een bezoekje aan onze professionele zonnestudio is zeker de moeite waard.
URSUS werkt ook samen met een aantal partners om je te kunnen ondersteunen bij het verlies van overtollige kilo's of bij blessures. Met het voedingsprogramma van BenFit.nl leren we je in drie maanden een gezondere levenstijl aan. Daarnaast werken we samen met een diëtiste van Balanza en een fysiotehrapeut van het Spectrum.
