1 ★This app was 5 star until the update a few days ago. It couldn't have been easier to use, but now it takes 3-4 actions to do what 1 did before the update and it takes 5-6 seconds to go from one picture to the next. If I could get my money back on the cameras I would.

1 ★please revert back to the old app, this one clearly has too many bugs to be worked out, no notifications, cannot zoom in on pictures anymore, no command to take a photo, cannot download video clips anymore...i love my cameras but right now they are pretty useless.... is there an option to get the old version back...????

1 ★App. Not working since last update. It's been over a week since I spoke to someone and it's still not working.

1 ★new app update is terrible. cant download high res pics, notifications are splotchy, interface is bad. old app was 100% better. it was simple, easy to find and view photos, easy to download high res images, and was quicker.

1 ★Very bad. Will not allow me to log in on my cell phone. Can get in using that exact password on laptop. Cust Service would be horrible if it existed at all. You cannot get in touch with them...just a garbage phone loop recording.

2 ★I can log in app and see the photos, but am not getting notifications sent to me when pic is taken. I need the pics right away! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times and still doesn't work!

4 ★Good overall some pictures dont come through. It should be getting signal. Also after putting in new batteries the resychronization process with the portal can take some patience and persistence.

1 ★I have 3 of these cameras for surveillance at work properties. Worked great at first they eventually quit sending the photos and notifications to my phone. Sent them in for service still doing the same thing. I'm about ready to give up on them.

1 ★wont send notifications or let me command cams to take pictures..terrible!! Even worse now it says no push tokens for device and cant noone to help me fix it..about to goto spartan cams!! Still having alot of issues with pics taking forever to load and taking double pics eating up my plan photos allowed!!
