App User Experience dari Electric Propulsion Center Surya University menciptakan aplikasi mobile pasar generasi ketiga “Pasar Cerdas App” berbasis android dan iOS. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan oleh Theodora Valerie dari sekolah Genius yang dibina oleh Dodi Garinto, seorang peneliti dari Surya University. Instalasi aplikasi menggunakan Adobe Air sebagai wadah aplikasi. Pasar Cerdas App dimaksudkan untuk mendukung emisi karbon rendah (low carbon emission). Pasar Cerdas App memberikan cara belanja yang berbeda, berbasis lokasi, lebih smart, lebih efisien, lebih menghemat waktu, dan lebih produktif. Di awal kemunculannya peneliti Pasar cerdas App melakukan riset pasar dan beberapa percobaan untuk mematangkan aplikasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan tersebut agar aplikasi siap dipergunakan oleh user. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa responden menyukai tampilan Pasar Cerdas App yang interaktif, aplikatif, dan mudah digunakan.
