3 ★Perhaps its the fact that the remote doesn't specifically support the samsung 6 series, but the remote on the app seems to stop working within 5-10 seconds of use. In order to get the app working again, it must be closed then reopened. This also applies to using Alex voice assistance to control basic functions of the tv
2 ★works-ish.. might as well use your remote though because the app has to be open on your phone for this to work. you will literally be looking for your phone instead of remote so you can use alexa to control your tv. and worst of all alexa pro skill doesnt work whatsoever. you have to the basic skill
5 ★I have received a lot of useful information and help from adiroid. Send them an email and they'll take you through the setup process. The app has several features and may need to be simplified. The ads can be frustrating, but if you are using alexa to voice control its not too noticeable. There 5 🌟
4 ★I really like this app, every time i sit down i forget the remote. That is no longer a problem with this app and Alexa. Only issue i have is the app on my phone has to be open and the infrared pointing towards the tv. Other then that it works great.

I have 3 tv's Lg webos Sharp Aquos and a smart Toshiba it connects to non of them because it refuses to read the home network. while other apps may not work as well but can read my network and read the tv's at last.
3 ★The idea is great and works okay as long as the TV is on. I can switch off my Samsung TV using alexa but then app loses the connection so cant switch it back on and even when i switch on it doesnt find the tv again automatically. Anyway to fix it ? Samsung UE55KU6500

1 ★I spent 20 minutes before giving up. It can't find any of my Samsung TVs. The user interface is horrible. To reply to the question: I have 2 Samsung TVs. 1 is an older 2012 model and the other is the Samsung 8 Series. This doesn't work for either.

1 ★I can't get the app to function properly. It identifies my television, connects to Alexa, but still no control use. I have had several other smart remotes on my phone that work fine but this is suppose to work with Alexa and failing miserably.
