Description
Dans le but d’améliorer la prise en charge du patient en situation critique, tant au bloc opératoire qu’en réanimation, le comité « analyse et maitrise du risque » (CAMR) de la SFAR a mis au point des aides cognitives (AC).Ces AC sont un outil pour améliorer la prise en charge de situations critiques rares. Leur utilisation se fait en équipe, un membre de l’équipe ayant pour seule tâche de lire la fiche et de guider les actions des autres membres.
L’utilisation de ces AC comprend donc une formation à cet outil, une simulation de son usage, une disposition des AC dans les salles de bloc opératoire et/ou les chambres de réanimation. Le but recherché est que les équipes soient formées et entrainées à son utilisation, et que l’information soit disponible au plus près de l’événement.
Les AC constituent un nouvel outil, innovant dans son utilisation, au service de la sécurité des patients. Ce nouvel outil a été présenté au congrès SFAR 2016.
