Description
Am 1.April 2009 wurde die Bauherr & Küpper GbR gegründet und eine Freie Kfz-Werkstatt in der Gardelegener Straße in Colbitz eröffnet.Als 2-Mann-Betrieb starteten Matthias Bauherr und Dietmar Küpper das Unternehmen. Da die anfallenden Arbeiten zu zweit nur schwer zu schaffen waren, kamen schon nach kurzer Zeit ein Mechaniker und eine Sachbearbeiterin zum Team hinzu.
Während des laufenden Werkstattalltags wurde ein Gebäude zur Transporter-Werkstatt umgebaut und direkt daran die Reifenwerkstatt eingerichtet, um Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren.
Im Sommer 2010 wurde eine Karosserie-Werkstatt mit Richtbank aufgebaut und ein erfahrener Karosseriebauer ins Werk II geholt. Die stetige Nachfrage machte es im Herbst 2010 erforderlich, einen weiteren Mechaniker einzustellen.
Um den Mechaniker-Nachwuchs zu sichern, bilden wir derzeit einen Kfz-Mechatroniker aus.
Die Mitarbeiter werden ständig geschult und besuchen Weiterbildungen, um den hohen Anforderungen und Nachfragen gerecht zu werden.
„Kundenzufriedenheit“ ist uns sehr wichtig – deshalb tun wir alles, um Sie zufrieden zustellen.
