Description
Die App für WPS-Kunden zur mobilen Steuerung der Werkstatt-Auslastungen.Die Daten über werden übersichtlich, komprimiert und permanent auf mobilen Endgeräten zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Zeitfenster von 12 Wochen wird abgebildet (Wochen in die Vergangenheit, aktuelle Woche sowie Wochen in der Zukunft).
Führungskräfte und Entscheider in Autohäusern erhalten unabhängig von der WPS-Anwendung jederzeit die wichtigsten Informationen der Werkstatt-Planung.
Für Gesamtbetrieb und für einzelne Standorte werden berechnet und angezeigt:
Verfügbare und verplante Kapazitäten, durchschnittliche Auslastung je Mechaniker sowie Serviceberater, Anzahl Termine, Anzahl Radwechseltermine, „Kunde wartet“ etc. Das System zeigt darüber hinaus Kapazitäts-Daten und Verplanungen einzelner Arbeitsgruppen in den Standorten an.
Kunden, die OTA (Online-Termin-Abwicklung) der Firma HRF einsetzen, bekommen die über Internet gemachten Online-Termine der Kunden je Standort und über Zeiträume angezeigt.
Kunden, die ZTP (Zentrale Termin-Planung) der Firma HRF einsetzen, können über einen integrierten Button in der MIS App direkt auf den Kunden- und Fahrzeugstamm sowie die Terminplanung mit Kapazitäten und Serviceberatern zugreifen und direkt Termine ins WPS einbuchen (die ZTP Funktion ist nur auf Tablets möglich).
Farbliche Abstufungen sorgen dafür, dass jeder Entscheider sofort erkennen kann, wo alles im grünen Bereich ist und wo es „klemmt“.
