1 ★Worst experience They include useless charges in you rent and electricity bill like covid charge without your permission and you can't do anything, they won't listen to you and only option you have is either pay that amount or leave Zolo property. Very rarely will respond to your phone calls once you join Zolo.
1 ★Executives will always be busy to address the customers concerns🙏🙏. Don't ever choose Zolo. They will not refund your deposit, even if they did, there will be definitely some deductions from your deposit.
1 ★This is a fraud company !!!! I have get cheated.I have been offered with a already booked room and accordingly when I have landed at the place to stay,supervisor says that it is already booked by some one else and you need to now adjust with some other higher category room or some other double sharing room.I have been then into a deep soup and tried to connect with head office team and they said that it is a mis-communication/coordination gap between the zolo team and I need to adjust. Horrible!
1 ★DO NOT EVER avail accommodation services of Zolo. Does not sign any agreement at first place and then violates each and every commitment made with the tenant. And when you want to leave it doesn't even refund the security or makes some unjustified deductions from it. I'm gonna file a case in the court against it. 😡🤬
1 ★You simply can't loot your previous customers by giving them half of the refund that they are due to get!! Despite my constant mails and calls to customer service, my issue still stands unresolved. Day light robbery!!
1 ★Very bad experience. Too many mishaps while calculating final deposit amount. Yet to receive it. WON'T show the necessary documents of deductions. Not at all responsible for account settling.
1 ★Electricity bills too high, cleanliness issues as well as they will increase rent every 3 months and deduct 1500 from deposit money saying sanitization charges which doesn't even happen. We tried contacting customer service but it's too poor at response

1 ★Horrible service my rent was increased without prior notice and my electricity bill doesnt seem to be accurate based on my usage, after asking to decrease the rent they reduced only the rent and not the deposit
1 ★Worst service ever. They will charge extra money without permission of the customer. Service are really poor. All the equipments are not working and no one is there to fix it .
