1 ★Galaxy S7 not supported! Downloaded the app onto my phone and computer as Dr.fone suggested. Paid for the $6.99 service which I thought would transfer my deleted text messages I'm trying to recover. They offer services up to $99! After all that, then as I'm trying to transfer/search for files come to find out my Galaxy S7 is not one of the phones supported (very limited devices supported, Galaxy ends at S6) I'm going to request a refund. Waste of time!!!
1 ★No mention of requiring to root your phone until after the app is paid for. That information should be highlighted and the risks associated with doing so BEFORE purchase. I have a samsung s20 ultra and it cost around $2000. No chance I want to void the warranty to root this phone. I want a refund and think I got scammed. Do not purchase this app unless you intend to root your phone!!
1 ★The worst. The phone app requires "rooting," and that entire process is akin to Frodo trying to carry the ring up to Mordor. Using the computer app simply doesn't connect on my phone no matter how many troubleshooting tips I try and the developer options set. The support person just directed me to a labyrinth of nonsensicle steps that don't even work. I will save you the hours of trouble: THERE SIMPLY IS NO EASY WAY IN 2019 TO RECOVER YOUR DELETED TEXTS. They are lost. Accept it.
1 ★Absolute waste of my money. Bought app to recover messages (without using a computer) that were accidently deleted. DOES NOT WORK unless connected to a computer. I feel tricked and lied to by Dr Fone & Wondershare. After discovering their lie re: needing a computer connection I tried requesting a refund. Wondershare's website said to wait a couple of hours after drfone purchase for my info to get into their system. I've repeatedly tried since then. No luck. I've been scammed. :( VERY UNHAPPY.
1 ★Worst app. When I selected deep recovery it is showing "get desktop companion". It had two options "input your email address" or "download it in desktop". I chooses to input my email address because my computer was malfunctioned. But when I typed my gmail address it is showing enter "valid email id".I typed it again and when I pressed the "next" button a white appeared showing "poor connection". I had full network strength and now also it is showing this message. I don't recommend it to anyone.
1 ★A fake app. Be careful. It happened to me the aame as happened for others.you will never get your deleted files to be trieved. Pay$11 for premium then it asks you to connect to computer.1 hour wasting time with desk top version and no files could be retrieved . I sent them 10 messages to their facebook no reply. Please report this app to google
2 ★Another (nearly) worthless app. Actually does scan the sd xsrd for photos, videos, etc., but is COMPLETELY USELESS for backing up data to cloud, email, other devices, etc. YOU MUST CONNECT DEVICE TO A PC TO BACKUP DATA. Other features only work on rooted devices. Not sure if i can keep this...
1 ★Waste of money!! I downloaded this in order to recover my deleted contacts, but I'm not able to access them because the device needs to be rooted. I paid the 7.99 for the premium software, just to find out that the rooting software doesn't support IOS, only Microsoft. I want my money back

When you try to recover files it tells you you need to pay $10 for the premium version, after to you do that, it asks you to download the program on your computer which then tells you you need to purchase a $99/year license to continue. I will never be using anything from Wondershare again.
1 ★I paid 7.99 and spent an hour trying to get this installed and figured out to be told my samsung galaxy halo isnt supported. I spent money i didnt need to but needed to recover lost text messages for a legal issue involving my children. If i dont get a full refund i am reporting this as fraud. What a waste of my time.
1 ★DO NOT DOWNLOAD. the devices that they could work on for android is very limited. i wish i read the reviews first for this. and it doesnt work anyways. also, if you already paid for it here, when you download the "desktop version" it would say 'trial' so im gonna guess you'd have to pay for that too when its done. i hope my 7.99 dollars are put to good use.
1 ★So I bought this app in the hopes of recovering lost contacts (without root which was advertised on the website) little did I know everything needs root silly me. I've tried contacting Google play for a refund they said no, spoke to a contact at wonder's hare they didn't have a clue and said speak to Google!! I'm out of pocket and these guys don't give a damn!!!
