5 ★Always reliable and affordable

4 ★This is an excellent app and VIP is competitive with ride-shares but a cut above in terms of experience and driver competence. Unfortunately the "pay by card" is flawed and presents a risk of unnecessary charges when the ride has ended. I recommend "pay in car" at this time. Drivers are not trained in most app features so ask for support before trying anything fancy.

5 ★Super App! The last little piece of the puzzle for a wonderful taxi service that I've used exclusively now ever since I moved to Tucson to retire here 10 years ago. This App was about all they could do to make an excellent product even better. Living in New York City and other busy hustle bustle cities North and East keeps you taxi prone and this company hires great people and their transportation is always first class. Keep up the great work!

5 ★Down load this App!!! This is a great app.!!If you need a ride and for some reason don't have your ID. Or your stateless. Like other people. These people will give you a Ride. They don't ask for all kinds of ID . They don't need your Debit card or Credit Card. You can pay in CASH to driver. This app is amazing these people are amazing. This app is just like Uber or Lyft. Very easy to use. With out all the hoops you must go thru with Uber or Lyft. So, you want to pay cash. Use VIP TAXI APP.

5 ★A bit much for wait time but it was also convenient only having to take one Taxi to complete ALL my errands at the same time!

5 ★I've absolutely been pleased with VIP AND ALL OF THEIR DRIVERS AND DISPATCH WORKERS THEY ALL ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND VERY CURTIOUS TO ME AS WELL AS EVERY CUSTOMER THAT RIDES WITHIN THE COMPANY

4 ★These people have a great attitude and you can feel the comfort in knowing that you are traveling safely. Sometimes the driver is hard on the brakes and some drivers turn corners too sharply but overall polite.

5 ★I have not been receiving my Rider Points for I know atleast 2 full months that are given out after each ride that we take with VIP And 8 have called and called and each time I call to have this problem taken care of, whoever is answering my calls just pushes me off to the next person and I am told always to call back tomorrow... I know that my points total should be currently at or around the 4,500 Mark and that is not including the complimentary 500 points that were given to me twice in NOV.
