2 ★Can't figure out how to update my credit card information in the app. The option does not appear in the "personal area". Also I tried sendi email to your support email address and the mail bounced back. That is not a great look!

4 ★In general it works fine. I open the app and start parking. I give it 4 since sometimes I need to restart it to either begin parking or end. This can be annoying if you're in a rush. It's great that you can pay for parking anywhere including paid lots. Having the "stop parking when I drive" helps you not forget it's running when you leave and forget to stop your session. It's super easy to add and remove cars (like for rentals, etc.). I'm not sure why people found it difficult. just select"update cars" and that's it. To remove you just click delete. It's great that you can add on another phone number who can call in to start parking too if your data connection is bad at the time you need to park. The person who wrote they're paying 6 shekels per month probably set up roadside assistance or Check Up service for flat tires fixed for free. They called up to offer the service. If you didn't clearly say no I don't want this service they probably said,well it's worth it so I'll send you the info and sent you a start program confirmation. Happened to me :/ Just call and cancel the extra service. Used it mostly happily on a Xiaomi mi4
1 ★If you adding a 3rd party feature (sub app) that tracks all my phone calls and automatically loads when I make a call you should at least ask for my permission to enable this feature. It works bugy. And it took me time to find where it comes from. I tried to call to IEC (Israel Electric Corporation) and then this feature taked over my phone. I'm disappointed.
1 ★The application has been stuck in the same format for ages. Having an application login based on a phone number is passe. Once you change your phone number, your are stuck with a brick. I just signed up with a new phone number and cannot login. Still my credit card was charged and I am told to wait till the offices. Yet the web sight says you can do everything from the app.
1 ★The app charges for certain options without notifying in the app (only in a different email in a way you wont notice), and also a subscription you cannot cancel within the app only via phone. this is a pure scam and should be removed from google play. I have already talked with the customer service and they have acknowledged that this is in fact the way they bill (charging without notice within the app and without possibility to cancel from the app). that's why there are hundreds (or thousands) of people who are billed without noticing. This should not be allowed to continue.
2 ★Way too pushy. Every other click in this app show you a confirmation popup for recurring monthly payment. Uninstalled and will use Cellopark app from now on.
2 ★App itself is OK. Comparable to others. Their business model seems to be convincing you to sign up for their premium service and making it difficult to cancel. I (unfortunately) agreed to try and was told I can cancel anytime within the app. After a month I decided it was not worth it and disabled the auto-notification feature. Only several months later did I realize that I was still getting charged. When I realized I send a message through the website as they suggested - no response. I only got a response when I sent an email threatening to give a 1 star rating and inform the credit card company. Since the app itself is ok and they did respond to that I'm giving a 2 star rating. Use at your own risk and check your bank statements carefully!
