2 ★Whenever I click on the price information it won't let me close the window after. It's stupid things like this that still make move it a better app even with the adds
4 ★Great app, my most-used app for public transportation. The app used to have a dark mode but it has disappeared very recently, otherwise perfect.
3 ★App is fine overall. I would prefer a shortcut or widget instead of having to go through the app.
3 ★I used it yesterday for the train. Overall it worked, but in 2 out of 4 times I used it, when launching the app it gave me an error that it can't connect to the internet and when I clicked to try again it crashed out. I had to launch it 3-4 times before it worked. There was no problem with the internet as I tested it with a web browser. Another issue although minor is that my phone is in English but I set the UI of the app to Hebrew. At least in one occasion it gave me mixed English /Hebrew UI.
1 ★Application is very laggy. Many times when I want to enter or exit station, the application is not available. Probably it might be related to low gps signal inside the train station. The app doesn't allow scan barcode at train entrance. The entrace to train is only by GPS. I've left a message to HopOn customer support, with description of the problem. Nobody get back to me.
4 ★it works, as advertised, which is pretty good all things considered. it would have gotten 5 stars except that it has this one annoyance: when opening the scan option in the app it pauses the device audio for just under a second, so your music or audio books listening experience is interrupted. Using Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (sm-a536e/ds), Android 13 with One UI 5.1. Listening on Samsung Galaxy buds 2 pro. the pauses occur when using YouTube premium running in minimized mode and opening HopOn
1 ★Bugs, and worst support I had in my life. I charged flexible monthly contract, however the app decided to charge a monthly contract for the next month(happen twice), when I requested to delete it, it was removed from my card but they still charge my credit card. After about 3 days of mailing the support, they didn't refund me, asked me go to card station to get my refund, so thank you for charging my credit for something I didn't got or even asked! And spending my time! Will never use this app!!
1 ★if the app could instantly return my money if the card reading was unsuccessful instead of making me wait each time for the money to come back, that would be great. seriously though, this app is frustrating. you seem to misunderstand the idea of reading nfc tags for a few seconds for better security. the idea is not to just cancel the payment if during the reading time the card gets disconnected! if you do that, it becomes ridiculously difficult to read the card.
1 ★Two important bugs: 1. When I activate 2 tickets and then switch to another bus, the app doesn't give an opportunity to activate for the 2nd person for free as it is supposed to be. 2. The route resets all the time after I switch to another app. Will change my 1 star rating after the bugs are fixed
1 ★looks like the latest version has an issue that causes some of the people to get an error -3. i was able to overcome this issue by downgrading the version (downloading an old apk from the web). if you still want to use the app either wait for a fix or simply download an older version...

4 ★This app seems to have a user-friendly interface. I don't like that it mandates the use of location service, that consumes a significant amount of battery power! It sometimes can not locate my boarding location despite location service turned on...
