1 ★The app worked when I first got it but will no longer find any of the mesh routers (Mesh3f AC1200). I have tried numerous resets and troubleshooting options.

1 ★'Spectacular upgrade' has made it so I can't even log into my router anymore. Seriously? Can't detect my mesh... Not going to factory reset just so I can set the app up.

1 ★Latest update doesn't log me in via the fast login for Google, Says my account doesn't exist but have been using it for years with Tenda... Also fails to send authentication code when trying to bind and account. (what even is that?)

1 ★Awful. Updated app did not find existing Mesh5 . Restarted, reset router and mesh system. Now finds Master Mesh5 but will not setup. Just says Ethernet cable not connected. Now have nice system of bricks with red lights.

1 ★In the beginning, this app used to give me notification when a device was connected, but now it doesn't show anymore, on top of that, the option of notification permission in the app setting is not there anymore, I don't understand why...

1 ★Shocking app. Nothing seems to be working, during lockdown the service for the app was working perfectly, after investing into the Tenda Whole Home Mesh WiFi I was impressed, but now am shocked and appauled how the WiFi is not showing up on the app. It doesn't seem that anybody in Tenda does any bugs fixes, if so chaotic ones, or checks for the bugs in the software before sending an update out. I would rate this 0 stars if Google allowed me.

1 ★App force updated, dropped all settings except SSID and now won't reconnect to network making it useless, and I can no longer change any settings on the routers

3 ★After 1 and a half years of using this it finally got a fantastic update wow finally the company is caring about there apps! Congrats but add more features to control the wifi settings!

1 ★This app just updated. Now I can't see my devices that I have had setup in the app already. When I got the help it's all Chinese characters. What have you done? You've broken it. Same dire experience as all the other reviews. DONT UPDATE unless you want to access to your router settings. If you have unfortunately upgraded the app then if you downgrade back to the early December version of the app you get all your access back. Tenda haven't even given a fixed update. Just lett it broken.

1 ★The apps was great for years but now has changed and not good. Leave things alone that work. Now I need a new wifi mesh system.

1 ★Lost control of my MW3 mesh after updating to the "spectacular new version" which forces you to register a cloud account. No thank you. I'll be downgrading to previous version now.

1 ★cannot login using my existing account, password reset doesn't work, cannot create new account (unable to sent verification code/email error) now I'm unable to access my devices, great update Tenda devs, well done 0 ⭐
