1 ★If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been with Trapcall over 4 years as a paid customer and there are constant glitches, no working voicemail, and failing to restrict the calls. This is so frustrating because it appears staff is complacent with these issues and there is no solution in site. Just overall ready to find another app to service me.
1 ★This app used to work great but the last couple of months it's been nothing but problematic it does not work anymore I have contacted their support team a number of times and the issues are still not being resolved I just cancelled my subscription and uninstalled the app it really is too bad this app was great for spam calls which are a complete headache.
1 ★This is a scam after my payment info was excepted you have a choice to see if it works you can paste the number then dial it or have them call you and decline just to say oops something went wrong . I reach contact them they emailed me but no human contact what a waste I called my payment company and had them send me a new card. This is a scam.
1 ★So the app stoped working a couple weeks ago i contacted support and they told that i needed to get ahold of my carrier. spent 45 mins of the phone with them and was walked me step by step on how to get thru the process of the conditional call forwarding. I was told that it was good on my carriers side for it to still now work on the apps side and being told that i would not get a refund because it was not trapcalls fault that it was not working. Seriously just contact your service provider.
5 ★This app does exactly what its suppose too. I wasnt aware i was doing a free trial i reached out to them they refunded me and extended my trial period! Other then the app freezeing every time i opened it, I had no problems. I just used trap call online instead to do whatever I needed to do. Thank you for all that you did. It was my ex that was playing games. Boys... They never grow up huh?!
1 ★Couldn't tell you how it was. Why would I pay for a app before testing it? How about give a week free without a subscription included. Needed this to see if I was being catfished but not willing to pay the subscription till I know it works.
2 ★Was great, have had this for many years on iPhone. And one year on android. but since the Samsung Pie update, the app has been rejecting legit calls from people in my contact list. not kool. I revoked its phone access permissions and all has been working now. just have to reject calls manually now.
1 ★It said 7 day free trail but needed your bank card info and charge right away right after you submit your info. Then when you try to uninstall it off your phone that DO NOT STIP the subscription you didn't want so they still get over and steal your money so I'm having my bank look into this PEOPLE BEWARE SCAM!!!
3 ★Why is it not able to automatically record outbound calls as well. I use another app to record both inbound and outbound calls..with this installed it will over ride the one I need to record in both directions. Is there a fix so it records outbound as well automatically?
5 ★Great customer service they really gave me some solid answers to my questions about TrapCall. TrapCall can only be used for Mobile cell phones it cannot be used for landline house phones. Thanks for clearing that up guys👍 although it would be nice if Trapcall was able to reveal private phone numbers with landlines because that's what I needed it for but unfortunately they don't have it so now I'm stuck with just the cell phone part of it.

1 ★this app doesn't work like it used to before when I very first downloaded it it worked unblocked all my calls now that I'm getting blocked calls again it would like to know who it is I paid $10 again and it does not call forward anybody and does not call me back with an unblocked number. And now sucks
