Tak, bez nich byłby chaos, który jest niepotrzebny tu na grupie, czy na treningu :)
Pierwszą zasadą, to raczej powinno być oczywiste, jest WZAJEMNY SZACUNEK. Niby proste, logiczne, ale często nie praktykowane :)
Nie kłócimy się, spory łagodzimy, jeśli takowe będą.
Nie spamimy na grupie robiąc sobie z postu czat. od tego jest specjalny czat, kto chce, niech pisze :)
Czegoś nie wiemy, to się pytamy, tylko bez głupich odpowiedzi, bo mogą się znaleźć pewne śmieszki w grupie, na treningu :)
Co do treningu. Dyscyplina.
Można rozmawiać, ale jak mamy zacząć robić kolejne ćwiczenie, to przerywamy rozmowę i ćwiczy. Zbędne rozgadywanie przeszkadza w ogólnym treningu, wydłuża czas treningu, zmniejsza jego efektywność. Jest czas na przerwę, jest na trening, dlatego najlepiej trzymać się tego, ci co już takie treningi ze mną robili, wiedzą, że tak jest najlepiej :)
Wyśmiewanie się z powodu, że ktoś nie potrafi- Zabronione!!
Jeśli takie coś pojawi, wyśmiewanie, chamstwo, brak Szacunku, to sorka, nie będę czegoś takiego tolerował.
Twój wybór, ale wtedy nie trenujesz ze mną.
Dość ostro? Możliwe, ale prawdziwa grupa trzyma się zasad. Jeśli coś nie wiecie, jak wcześniej napisałem, to pytajcie, możecie też na priv.
