Vous pouvez retrouverez votre numéro adhérent sur votre carte de tiers payant.
Votre identifiant et votre mot de passe sont identiques à ceux utilisés pour vous connecter à votre Espace personnel sécurisé. Vous n’avez pas encore activé votre espace ? Munissez-vous de votre carte de tiers-payant et cliquez-sur « Activez un compte ».
