Achtung: WoundApp kann nur in Verbindung mit dem Softwareprodukt RECOM GRIPS genutzt werden!Neben dem modularen Aufbau von RECOM-GRIPS ermöglichen ergänzende Apps neue vielversprechende Arbeitsweisen, sowohl sektorenübergreifend als auch bei der Umsetzung einer allumfassenden „Patient Journey“. Ergänzend zum Modul Wundmanagement in der digitalen Pflegedokumentation RECOM-GRIPS bietet sich die Möglichkeit einer mobilen Wundbilderfassung via der WundApp.
Hierzu installieren Sie die RECOM-WundApp auf einem Smartphone und starten die mobile Wunderfassung. In der App wählen Sie einfach den jeweiligen Patienten über einen vorher generierten und zeitlich begrenzten QR-Code aus, nehmen die Wundaufnahme vor und können diese dann direkt in die Wunddokumentation von RECOM-GRIPS in die jeweilige digitale Patientendokumentation übertragen.
Innerhalb des Wundmanagements in RECOM-GRIPS können Sie die aufgenommene Wunde direkt vermessen und den Kriterien entsprechend digital dokumentieren. Selbstverständlich wird das System durch verschiedene Sicherheitsmechanismen geschützt. Mittels PIN und verschlüsselter Speicherung/Übertragung sind die Daten vor unbefugtem Zugriff geschützt.
Die WundApp ist nur in Verbindung mit der digitalen Pflegedokumentation RECOM-GRIPS von Thieme RECOM funktionsfähig und kann nicht eigenständig verwendet werden.
Einrichtungen, die mit RECOM-GRIPS arbeiten, können sich die App für eine mobile Wundbilderfassung lizenzieren.
