- 會診間：提供使用者建立「預約會診」之功能，並表列出預約會診資訊。
- 通訊錄：提供緊急會診功能，讓使用者可在最短時間內，快速建立並進入虛擬診間。
建立會診：本系統提供預約會診與緊急會診兩種會診情境，讓使用者可依照使用情境，選擇最適合的操作介面與流程。
- 預約會診：可自行指定會診的時間，並可任意指定參與會診人員。
- 緊急會診：由於預約會診的流程中，須要選取參與會診人員與設定開始與持續時間，較為費時繁瑣。因此，系統提供緊急會診功能，讓使用者可與另一位在線上的使用者，立即進行會診。
會診間：
- 本地端視訊窗：顯示使用本地端攝影機，所拍攝到自己的視訊畫面。
- 主視訊窗：依據使用者在會診間的角色，顯示不同的視訊畫面。
- 錄影功能：雙方均進入會診間後，系統會自動開始錄影，並於主視訊窗上方。
- 媒體控制鈕：控制媒體相關功能。
- PTZ攝影機控制功能：照會醫師端的醫療推車上，安裝有PTZ攝影機，可讓被照會醫師端進行遠距操控。
- 功能選單：
- 共享檔案：讓醫師間能在會診過程中，彼此上傳並分享檔案，以便協助診治病患。
- 生命徵象：顯示照會端醫師使用藍牙耳溫槍、血壓計與血氧機後，所量測後到的體溫、血壓和血氧數值。
- 電子白板：提供線上多人即時協同討論，所有繪製在白板上的標記，都是共享的物件，任何人皆可創造、編輯或刪除物件。
- 文字訊息：讓醫師間能以傳送文字訊息的方式，進行多方即時通訊。
- 會診設定：若欲查詢會診間相關資訊，如會診開始與結束時間，或邀請新的其他協助會診醫師加入，皆可透過「會診設定」功能來完成。
- 畫面模式：當會診間有多位其他醫師時，被照會端醫師的主視訊窗，可選擇「病人為主模式」的視訊畫面，或「均等顯示模式」的視訊畫面。
使用者資訊：
- 顯示使用者資訊頁面：包含使用者頭像、帳號、伺服器(IP位址)、醫院、院區、科別、門診、身分與信箱。
- 登出：點擊會登出系統，並回到登入頁面，使用者須重新輸入帳號與密碼，並點擊「登入」後，才能登入系統。
注意: 本平台僅提供使用者一般視訊通話使用，並無與任何醫療硬體做連接。
