Description
Die Mind-wandering App ist Teil eines Forschungsprojekts, um primär die Auswirkungen verschiedener Arten des Tagträumens auf das Wohlbefinden zu untersuchen. Zudem ist es Ziel dieser Untersuchung Faktoren zu ermitteln, die einen möglichen Zusammenhang beeinflussen, um letztlich anhand der Ergebnisse eine Interventions-App zu entwickeln, um unseren Teilnehmern dabei zu assistieren ihr Wohlbefinden langfristig zu verbessern bzw. aufrechtzuerhalten. Die Mind-wandering App wird daher als solche in erster Linie zu wissenschaftlichen Zwecken verwendet. Neben dem Beitrag zur Förderung der Wissenschaft, sollen die Teilnehmer durch ständig aktualisierte und individuelle Statistiken profitieren, um unter anderem den Verlauf ihres Wohlbefindens einzusehen. Die App entspricht den wissenschaftlichen Leitlinien – eine Einverständniserklärung (informed consent) wird verwendet. Des Weiteren werden die gesammelten Daten ausschließlich für die wissenschaftliche Analyse verwendet. Die Daten unserer Teilnehmer sind anonym, werden streng vertraulich behandelt und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
