TinySteps – mit kleinen Schritten zu einem aktiven AlltagFür Menschen mit Myasthenia gravis (MG) und Neuromyelitis-Optica-Spektrum Erkrankungen (NMOSD)
TinySteps wurde gemeinsam mit Patient:innen, Physiotherapeut:innen und Neurologen entwickelt, um Menschen mit Myasthenia gravis (MG) und Neuromyelitis-Optica-Spektrum Erkrankungen (NMOSD) eine Möglichkeit zu bieten, ihren Alltag aktive zu gestalten.
In der App findet man speziell auf die jeweilige Erkrankung abgestimmte Übungen, alle zwei Wochen Live Übungen zum mitmachen, und wissenswertes zur jeweiligen Erkrankung.
