1 ★It's taking hell lot of time to do each everything in the app and especially payment things. And there is no option for you to choose months for which you want the subscription. There is an option called payment by months but it didnt workout for me! Reply : Thank you for the reply, I did my recharge through sundirect website.
1 ★Iam using sun direct from one year it was very good, but know all plans have changed from may 2021 and not able to contact the customer care ,it's always getting disconnecting . terrible service from customer care it says ur base plan as to be renewed but it is already recharged.sun direct app is not able select any channel error message is coming.
1 ★This should be a no star. I've recharged through paytm upi and the payment is still not reflected. And my subscription is over its saying recharge again even after i did it through paytm. What an absurd service. If you are still using this i recommend switch to something else. If i dont get a response within 2 days i am going to do so.
1 ★I have recharge of Rs. 1000 and 500 with 5 minutes gap. But only 890 Rs is credited after GST and rest 500 is not showing in my account. I contacted customer service but they don't solved issue yet. They charged 18% GST on add payment in account and 18% on subscription packs. They charged GST twice it's very irritating. Very bad service and customer support talking very rudely.

If have the balance of sundirect app not able to subscribe the packages, 3. 1 ★Useless app. Even after renewal, unable to subscribe broadcasters channel as error message comes that not renewed, so cannot subscribe to channels. Help desk people not conversant with subsription of channels, and didnot help. Thinking of moving to someother DTH company when the subscription come up for renewal in 25 days
1 ★For This app single star also shouldn't be given... Worst app ever . Unable to recharge they have not upgraded the app... Worst costumer service.. they don't know how to talk with costumer... To talk with costumer care officers you should call them at leat 50 times n to reachage you should open and try for at least 70 times ... It take around 15 min to open this app. Wrost app and worst service......
1 ★I recharged the money and it automatically recharged to Telugu gold. Calling customer care more than 20 times, after all options it forward for customer care and it rings and disconnected. I am trying to change the subscription to Tami from yesterday but unsuccessful Stupid service, unbelievable app.
1 ★It's trash I use this app nearly 6 months it's work perfectly but one day this was very slow so i thought it may be my network later this app still loading so i tried recharge through sun direct official web site I go to the quick recharge option that shows only amount not any mentions of package I completed my recharge i saw tv whether it's recharged or not but i shocked i recharged for tamil pack but i got ROI economy pack I tried to contact customer care no response mail also no reply etc.
1 ★Worst Third class application.Always saying try after some time. I think they have kept it secret to recharge your connection using application. Just put it off since two months because of this nonsense issues. Application needs lot of improvements and should be user frindly.
4 ★Had a good experience in using the app. Even though I face some problems during the recharge process. But really not happ with the hidden charges and the amount of taxes been put on the top-up amount.
2 ★App service and random bugs need to rectify, irritating to use mobile app at times,we keep app to get our things done but there most of the time unable to activate the add-on channels,only by contacting customer care we could active.What is point of keeping the app in phone which only consumes phone space. When you have a services up n running try to keep it easy for users ,pls don't frustrate us. This is the trouble with today's companies services,we pay and we still struggle.
