1 ★Verified customer here. My advise, donot transact with there online, the customer service are worst and not reliable, specially when something went wrong with your orders. Items I order were available online but when I place the order they cannot process because of its out of stock, the worst part is, it's already nearly 1 month now they haven't refund my money yet. I keep on sending email yet they reply an ads and later block me. My sincerest advise: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY in SSS
1 ★Worst app and customer service. Ordered items and even after a week, no update. Tried sending emails and call but no response. After 2 days of trying, got to connect with chat agent and he was just of no help, was just trying to finish the conversation and was asking to wait for the order to be delivered. Very unprofessional service and unprofessional staff. Never going to buy from them again
2 ★I'm glad that you've added wishlist. I noticed that when I'm browsing items, after I view one item and go back to my browse, it goes back to top. Much better if it goes back to last scrolled items so that we can have better browsing experience. Also the app crashes if you want to edit address. Pls fix this.
1 ★App is Good wide selection for time pass window shopping but don't use it to order, coz you will never receive it with in said timeline and will never ever have an update on ur order other than " its under process" Try to use addidas or Nike parent app offers and discounts are better then SSS. Please don't waste your time on this.
1 ★Terrible. I tried to do an exchange, and my order was "processing" for almost a month. No one showed up to pick up the shipment. I will have to take it to Aramex myself. And now probably the sizes I want won't be available any more, even though they were available when I first made the order. I don't know if this the fault of Aramex or SSS but this was a bad experience and their was no help or information provided even though I contacted you several times.
1 ★Very poor service. Late delivery, very very poor response with the returns and exchange. They said only 3-6 days, already 3 weeks still no courrier pick up. They are only good with words but no action. Once my transaction is done i will delete this app. This app is not recommendable...
1 ★It us useless, for any enquiry they transfer us to the website, so why there is application?!!! There are a lot of shortages in this application such as if I choose an item to view when I press back I start from the beginning it doesn't start from when I finished. Bad application
1 ★Biggest scam ever. If the items are out of stock, they will be cancelled but you'll never get your money back. If you wish to have an item returned they will pretend to approve it while it never gets picked up from your place. Save yourself time and money and use other reliable apps. Sun and sands is purely a scam when making a purchase online or via their app. In any case judging from the reviews i can tell nobody will make a purchase from SSS ever again.
