1 ★Unusuable and what's worst is their tech support is their customer support giving you the run around. My app keeps crashing and can't access my offers. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app. My phone is updated. They have no answers. Dont waste your time. *update 12/14/24: still NOT resolved*
1 ★Had the app for 2 months and I received no offers.
2 ★Super buggy and get very few bookings. When I do happen to get a booking, they cancel. Been on the app for 2 years and have 4.8 rating. Just not worth the time waiting to get booked.
2 ★As of recent, the app keeps closing down everytime I try to update the areas I want to work at.

1 ★Was shown a pre tip of 50 dollars for a 2 hour session. Pre tip was canceled. Only got the session amount. Some clients know how to play the game. Beware. Soothe should pay for the misinformation
3 ★Great in theory, but the app is broken. I keep selecting massage modalities that I offer, but then upon previewing my profile it shows options that I did not select. A buggy and frustrating user experience for providers that needs significant QA. I've also been on the platform for a couple of weeks without a single booking, so I presume the member network still needs developing. UPDATE: the aforementioned bug seems to have been fixed; thank you Rachel for following up on this with me via email!
3 ★A middle man for lmts. Pay for my area is extremely low. $55 for an hour when the regular pay should be at least $120 for a mobile hour. Sometimes the customers don't leave gratuity and it's a waste of time and arthritis. Not as busy as other apps either.
3 ★There's a few issues with the app, when a appointment notification comes through and you click on it, when it goes to the app, there's nothing there. Then I still get notifications to accept or decline the appointment and there's still nothing there. Also in the app I had an action needed notification of stripe payout, it won't let me click on it in the app to fix it, so I logged in from Google to fix it then I was able to update it. But when I go back in the app, it's still not updated.
5 ★I couldn't see Preview profile the app kept close, and I had a 5-star reviews, but now for some reason I have 4.5 which is reduced wondering why that? or because I haven't use much app or is something wrong w my account? I just curious and got confused sometimes
