Description

DIGI Shield is warranty management application. Which will be used by the Signify Retailer to Activate and Claim the warranty of Signify products, by scanning the unique QR code printed on each product, while selling to end consumer.
Retailer can create the account based upon the personal information provide to Signify.
Customer may access their accounts by using the One Time Password/OTP generated by providing the mobile number and PIN code on the Platform. On logging in and scanning the Product, customer will be able to view the details pertaining to the warranty on the Products purchased by him.
Signify shall register all its distributors to create an account on the Platform with necessary details pertaining to their name, address, phone number and email address as shared by Distributors at the time of their appointment as Authorized Distributor/Partner.
