I tried the other two popular sms backup and restore apps but with limited success, this app worked like a charm ;-) I made a backup to google drive on the old phone and restored backup from google drive on the new phone. VERY happy. Moved sms msgs from old Samsung Avant to Samsung J7.
1 ★i backed up my sms and call logs to internal storage then copy it to my laptop then reset my phone to factory settings , then i copy it back the .xml files to my phone's internal storage then when i try to restore it it cannot find it on my internal storage then copy the same .xml files to my google drive and try to restore from google drive and still the same cannot restore my sms and call logs , kindly help with the mentioned matter your fast response will be highly appreciated.
