1 ★This app has the worst location tracking and notifications of all apps I have ever used even after updating. Time to delete. We are sitting at home together watching TV and notifications are coming through to say we have arrived at work. Or just left work! Useless information!
5 ★It's been months since I downloaded the App but never used until recently when we could not get hold of an ambulance and the hospital near us was not responding. Then I remembered that I had this App and they quickly dispatched an ambulance to us plus the consultant was very helpful. Love it
5 ★Cops in 5 minutes, after pressing the SOS button. Just like in the movies and the guys were caught 2 blocks away... And then the calls afterwards from Namola service centre to make sure everything is Okay... Super Super impressed. Thanks and Keep it up.
5 ★I've had this so installed for a few years, and never really needed it until now. Great response, calm and collected operator. She got the details she needed and sent it the fire department who were also very fast. My place looks like a mess after the small fire, but we're alive. I'm glad I have this app, because if I had called the police, I would probably still be waiting the the fire department.
1 ★Installed the app and signed up but the app keeps making me sign up everytime I go on it. It's exhausting because I end not knowing how I'll request assistance in a matter of emergency. When I go to manage plan, the app crashes. What does that even mean? Am I not allowed to manage the plan? I need someone to call me and assist. I uninstalled the app and am trying to re-install it but it's not installing. Why is that?
1 ★For an app that prides itself in immediate communication I'm highly disappointed that I asked you on Twitter - which is the only way I could find to send you a message - about the new features as it seems only premium subscribers are now allowed. It's been a month and no reply. Thanks, I've now deleted your app. NO STARS!
5 ★Fantastic app in an emergency seeing you never know when you will be in one. Used it for more than a year and the call center operator's are always very helpful and respond immediately. Downfall is the price to the accessories, panic button etc.
1 ★The ads on TV are great, but this app crashes CONSTANTLY!!! I am going to cancel. Each time I try to get into the app, it asks me to re-enter my details. I don't have confidence it will work in an emergency.
2 ★This app would be much more usefull if its debuged cause it gives false info of the where abouts of my loved ones.. gives me warnings of loved one departed from work when she was already home for more than 2hours. And then I kept recieving alerts throughout the night... this was quite annoying.... fix the bugs ASAP PLEASE
1 ★Not accurate at all. The worst tracking app so far. My wife is in Knysna but according to this app She is still in Port Elizabeth. I don't mind paying montly fees fot apps but at the trial version must show a client that the app is working. Please fic your location / tracking! Call centre for help works great and staff is very friendly.
2 ★I would love it to be data free. Sometimes coverage in areas is a big problem with data or you run out of data. Aswell as for young teens. My kids use the app but they dont always have data. It could be a great app if you did not need data.
1 ★The app was working fine then i never used it for plus 3 months then suddenly i had an emergency i started the app n to my surprise it just ends up on the sos tap with a blue banner saying request help, i tried clicking on it coupler times n if failed to respond was very disappointed, i uninstalled n reinstalled it again but that never helped cos the same result occurs again the request help doesnt request help,
