Bu uygulama, hepatopankreatobilier (HPB) cerrahlarının eğitim süreçlerine katkıda bulunmak amacıylaTürk Hepato Pankreato Bilier Cerrahi Derneği tarafından hazırlanmıştır. HPB cerrahisi yapılan merkezlerin gözlemci kabulü yapacakları ameliyatları sisteme girmesi ve gözlemci hekimlerin katılmak üzere başvurması, ameliyat tamamlandıktan sonra hem süreci hem de projeyi değerlendirmelerini sağlayan anketin yer aldığı bir sürekli mesleki gelişim platformudur. Amaç çok nadir ya da çok sık yapılan ameliyatlar konusunda cerrahları belirli seviye getirebilmek için pratik eğitim vermektir. Eğitim verecek merkezler Türk Hepato Pankreato Bilier Cerrahi Derneği tarafından belirlenecek, eğitici ve gözetmen başvuru kabul süreçleri Türk Hepato Pankreato Bilier Cerrahi Derneği tarafından atanan proje koordinatörü tarafından yürütülecektir. Ameliyata eğitmen ve gözetmen olarak başvuru yapabilmek için öncelikle kayıt başvurusu yapacak ve başvuru onayı sonrasında platform kullanıcısı olacaktır.
