- Número de matrícula do funcionário;
- Número ou modelo do equipamento;
- Responsável pela inspeção;
Ao realizar o procedimento na entrega e no descarte do equipamento, você terá sempre um relatório atualizado e eliminará as planilhas e formulários de controle, mantendo sua documentação sempre em dia cumprindo totalmente o requisito da NR35.
