Description
"Animation Supported Informed Consent(ASIC)" is a method of using animation to make patients understand the details of the surgery in advance and then obtaining consent using an animation-based form.1. Watch and transmit ASIC animation
Show the consent form animation on the tablet and/or send the animation to the patient/guardian's smartphone.
2. Fill out the ASIC consent form
Once the patient/guardian understands the details of the surgery, the medical staff uses an animation-based form to obtain consent and sign electronically.
3. Save consent form
The completed consent form is saved on the tablet, and can be saved on a server (NAS) through additional settings.
Currently, HealthBreeze ASIC services are only available in Korea.
