SARA (Syntess Atrium Relatie App) is een nieuwe smartphone app waarmee de Syntess Atrium gebruiker op eenvoudige wijze zijn relatiebestand online kan raadplegen, muteren en aanvullen. Daarnaast toont de app ook al het laatste nieuws en evenementen van Syntess Software.U kunt gemakkelijk uw contactpersonen opzoeken en direct contact opnemen door bijvoorbeeld e-mail of telefoon. Contactpersonen kunnen worden toegevoegd en worden voorzien van een foto. Op deze manier wordt uw relatiebestand zinvol verrijkt en is de actualiteit bij gebruik gegarandeerd. Ook de toepassingen Locatiebepaling en Routenavigatie zijn bij een bezoek aan uw relaties praktische hulpmiddelen. SARA is hiermee een waardevolle digitale assistent voor uw bedrijf.
U kunt de app gratis downloaden via de Apple® App Store℠ (iPhone®) en op Google Play™ (Android™). SARA kan via een QR-code in Syntess Atrium (vanaf versie 4.5, build 0032) geactiveerd worden. U kunt uw persoonlijke QR-code in Syntess Atrium opvragen door te drukken op de toets F6. De toegangsgegevens worden vervolgens automatisch ingevuld. U hoeft nu alleen nog uw wachtwoord van Syntess Atrium in te vullen. Maak dus nu kennis met SARA; de waardevolle digitale assistent voor uw bedrijf!
De app werkt geheel online. De relatiegegevens zijn niet fysiek aanwezig op het device. Na 60 minuten wordt de online verbinding verbroken en dient het wachtwoord opnieuw te worden ingevoerd (tenzij u heeft gekozen om het wachtwoord te bewaren).
SARA is te gebruiken met Syntess Atrium versie 4.5 of hoger.
