Description
*VersionX App interacts with EntryPoint visitor management system from the host side.*Users of VersionX App are staff of companies, residents of apartments, and so on.
*It notifies the host when the visitor arrives. The host can either allow or deny a visitor before the visitor’s entry or ask the visitor to wait - all at the touch of a button.
*The host can create appointments/meetings with a visitor prior to the visit. This allows the visitor a hassle-free, seamless entry at the entrypoint on the appontment date. The app shows the list of all upcoming appointments.
*The host can view the list of visitors along with their details and take relevant action for each visitor such as call a visitor from the visitor list, order supplies such as water, tea/coffee, health kit, etc.
*Other actions that the host can take with respect to a particular visitor include - raise an alarm, transfer the visitor to another host, mark him or her as “out” or “did not meet” and so on.
