Description
Tool developed to help localization and internationalization engineers to debug their problems.Allows to change to any locale, even if your device doesn`t support the locale. Example: some regions have specific languages but no "pt-BR" does not appear on the list. This app will help you to add any locale and test your application.
It is for DEVELOPMENT purposes only, and works on devices up to 4.1.2 without any additional ADB command.
If you Have Nexus 4 (4.2.x) and UP (lollipop), you have to enable USB Debugging and run the command:
>adb shell pm grant br.testing.locale android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION
If you have a device with root permissions, so you can put it into the /system/app/ folder
