Die RemApp ist ein telemedizinischer Konsildienst der Bayerischen Kinderschutzambulanz. Sie ermöglicht es, Verdachtsfälle von Vernachlässigung oder Missbrauch bei Kindern und Jugendlichen datenschutzgesichert vorzustellen. Dabei können Anfragende aus dem Bereich der ambulanten Versorgung – wie auch von Jugendämtern und anderen Institutionen – mit Expert:innen der bayerischen Kinderschutzambulanz die vorgestellten Fälle erörtern.Die Hauptzielgruppen sind niedergelassene Kinder- und Jugendärzte, Hausärzte und auch Institutionen wie Jugendämter und Erziehungsberatungsstellen in Bayern. Die RemApp ist Teil des Gesamtkonzepts Kinderschutz Bayern und wird vom Bayerischen Staatsministerium für Familie, Arbeit und Soziales unterstützt. Die RemApp bietet verschiedene Optionen zur Konsultation mit Expert:innen der Bayerischen Kinderschutzambulanz – sowie mit anderen Fachleuten aus dem Bereich Kinderschutz. Neben digitalen Anamneseformularen und Dokumentationsbögen können auch Videokonferenzen und Chatfunktionen in einem datenschutzgesicherten Umfeld genutzt werden.
