Facilito es el aplicativo de Osinergmin que hará más fácil atender tus consultas y trámites de usuario del servicio eléctrico, gas natural, balón de gas y grifos. El nuevo aplicativo Facilito te ofrece los siguientes beneficios:- Grifos:
- Con el GPS de tu celular ubica los grifos más cercanos a ti, destacando en color verde los más económicos.
- Encontrarás únicamente grifos y estaciones de servicio formales.
- Si encuentras que el precio no es el mismo que en el establecimiento, puedes reportarlo en el aplicativo.
- Puedes calificar tu experiencia en el grifo y ver las calificaciones de los demás usuarios.
- Electricidad:
- Reporta problemas por interrupciones del servicio eléctrico, con el alumbrado público, artefactos deteriorados por fallas de electricidad, recibos con montos muy altos y peligros por cables o postes caídos.
- Tu denuncia será enviada de inmediato a la empresa eléctrica y Osinergmin supervisará que cumplan con atenderte.
