Selftraining Health es una aplicación online creada en el marco del proyecto de investigación “Integración de las E-Health basadas en ejercicio físico como mejor de los procesos de desintoxicación y rehabilitación de drogodependientes” y financiada por el “Consejo Superior de Deportes; Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia; NextGenerationEU”. La finalidad de esta aplicación es ofrecer un programa de entrenamiento con sesiones de ejercicio físico online donde la carga de entrenamiento es controlada a través de la variabilidad de la frecuencia cardiaca por medio de un algoritmo de entrenamiento.La aplicación se integra con Polar y los anillos Oura para permitir registrar la variabilidad de la frecuencia cardiaca. Permite controlar los límites de variación del HRV para la toma de decisiones, e incluye decenas de vídeos de ejercicio físico para diferentes niveles, con el fin de ofrecer una adaptación progresiva al entrenamiento a aquellos usuarios que decidan mejorar su condición física de forma autónoma.
La aplicación permite participar en los estudios de investigación de la línea “Selftraining” del Centro de Investigación del Deporte de la Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche.
