1 ★Been using for over a year now. It functions less every time I bother with it. Tonight it won't open at all. They went back to printing out our changes a long time ago bcuz it is such a piece of junk. If you're considering it for your company, put your money somewhere it can actually help you, your employees, and customers instead.

2 ★This app only works part of the time. Especially does not work during the day time Eastern standard time. For the past 3 or 4 months. Works great on the weekend or late at night when there's not that many people on. Seem like they need a new server because run so slow when a lot of people are on.

1 ★Works well for Gannet. Terrible for the carriers. The old system for carriers getting information was excellent.
