Ook 's avonds en in het weekend. Er is geen wachttijd, je kan meteen starten.Vul je een korte zelftest in om inzicht te krijgen in jouw mentale gezondheid. Dat kan betrekking hebben op somberheid, angst, slaap en andere klachten. Op basis van de test geeft de app een advies op maat dat aansluit bij jouw persoonlijke situatie. Een mogelijk advies is om een online zelfhulpmodule te volgen. Daarin ontvang je niet alleen voorlichting, maar ook oefeningen om mee aan de slag te gaan. De app stuurt tussentijds berichten om je gemotiveerd te houden om aan de slag te blijven.
