Sergas Diabetes é unha aplicación do Servizo Galego de Saúde (Sergas) que pretende facilitar as tarefas do paciente diabético no autocontrol da patoloxía. As funcións máis destacables da aplicación son as seguintes:— Xestión de pacientes. Xestión de múltiples pacientes introducindo os datos persoais unha única vez.
— Acceso delegado. Posibilidade de delegar a xestión da app nun coidador.
— Rexistro de biomedidas. Rexistrar os diferentes valores relevantes para o autoncotrol da patoloxía.
— Visualización dos rexistros. Visualización das biomedidas rexistradas en gráficas configurables que facilitan a compresión dos datos ao paciente.
— Sincronización con dispositivos. Sincronización da app cos glucómetros que cumpren o estándar de continua para a lectura automatizada das biomedidas.
— Notificacións. Envío de notificacións ao paciente en función dos parámetros e biomedidas rexistradas na app.
— Integración con sistemas Sergas. Integración con diferentes sistemas Sergas tanto para ler como para envorcar información.
— Noticias de asociacións. Acceso ás diferentes publicacións das webs de asociacións de diabéticos de Galicia.
— Sitios de interese. Listaxe de lugares que poden resultar de interese ao paciente en función e a localización do mesmo.
— Gamificación. Sistema de logros para incentivar o uso da app.
— Dispoñible nos idiomas galego e español.
Para o seu correcto funcionamento, a app require dos seguintes permisos:
— Xeolocalización: A aplicación utiliza servizos de localización para poder mostrar os sitios de interese na localización que se atopa o usuario.
— Bluetooth: A aplicación utiliza o bluetooth para realizar as comunicacións cos glucómetros.
— Almacenamento: Requirido para ler/escribir información da aplicación no dispositivo, esta información utilízase a modo de caché de datos.
— Camara: A aplicación utiliza o permiso de cámara para ler os códigos de barras de produtos alimenticios e identificar os aparellos de medición de glicosa.
