4 ★It's a great way to connect to other players in the clubs that appear in the app. However there are certain features I wish it had. Some examples: 1. the option to specify the range yourself. 2. the possibility of changing players around whether it's a private or public match. 3. the possibly of changing a competitive to friendly and vice versa anytime before the commencement of the match. 4. to be able to select a day/time and move between clubs. and more...

1 ★I just received 11 emails in a space of 20 minutes I've had to block platomic as there is no unsubscribe option
1 ★be careful you're not signing up for the premium, they don't tell you theres a free option.
1 ★I needed help with the chat support. It ended my conversation within 1 min of my last message and I cannot complete my change request. The app says send message but nothing happens when I click this button. I also can't start a new chat. As this is the only method of support I can't get any further support as I just can't send a message at all anymore. Looks like a bug but it's left me with no options. No contact number or mail address to assist me further.
3 ★Does the job.... but not very intuitive. navigation could be improved and better linking on booking to score upload is needed.
1 ★SMS verification of account does not work. I give 1 star, because other people have the same problem, it's not fixed yet, and no other option provided for verification.
1 ★Useless service. I have been livng in Milan 27 years and never have I ever had to pay to book a court. Now courts don't reply their phone and I am forced to gift 80 cents to these capitalist pigs. I will not do it. I will take my car and physically book the court at the sporting center. I'd rather give money to oil companies and pollute than pay for a 100% useless service. Disappear from planet earth please.
3 ★The app is great for organising games, seeing tournaments and connecting with other players; but it has 1 huge flaw - you don't receive level pts if the difference between the highest/lowest level is >1pt This disincentivizes trying to improve your game by playing better players. 2 x 3.3 level vs 2 x 2.2 level where the lower level players win does nothing for their level. Whilst keeping the level of the players at 3.3 artificially high. It should be expanded to allow a bigger range.
1 ★Recent update made changing booking type from Private to Public impossible. I was fined for the full court price due to that.
1 ★Horrible app. Too much unnecessary stuff and complexity for people who just want to reserve playing time. They are trying to scam people who have balance in the wallet now because the functionality is going away in couple of months. You can't mix payments with wallet money and cash so you are left with money on your account you can't use.
3 ★"My competitions" should either be sorted by nearest in time, or customizable sorting (sticky between session). Filter options for "Competitions" should be sticky between sessions. Part from those annoyances, the app is pretty good (but far too high fees by the company).
