5 ★good so far. will report after order arrives. sidenote: clear, retail-type photos instead of a snapshot of literally an open box stuffed with merchandise would be my preferance, but I realize the poor quality photos and low prices go hand in hand. High hopes the self described packaged items are as good quality as represented. eager to make and receive my order.
5 ★Outstanding app and customer service. It's very easy to use and I must say addicting too. It's crazy how many people complain about this company. We sold several items we purchased from bulq. We stick to the Brand new or like new so maybe 5% was junk for us. I plan to be a long term user.
5 ★So far so good on the app. I enjoy having an app to buy lots of things to sell. Most companies don't use these ways to sell and so it makes buying from them complicated. It's always a gamble buying these but that's part of it. Thank you Bulk.

I mean, of course or else why would I keep doing it, right?!? 😅 The box manifests have not always a been perfect but the 98% guarantee is spot on! I've only done NEW or LIKE NEW, so I can only attest to the accuracy of those, but this is my favorite liquidator!! I plan to keep buying cases and maybe move up to pallets!
1 ★overpriced junk. they send emails every day about price drops but I've yet to see any pallet/case sell for a reasonable price. you can barely tell what you are bidding on. don't waste your time with this app
5 ★As a retailer, this app has saved my business! Amazing products, for a few dollars per item! Even electronics! Plus, they detail what's in the shipment. Love it!!
1 ★Terrible customer service. Terrible retun polices. Sold me a case of "new" items and many of items were damaged. Their suggested MSRP is always way overstated and not cloes to the what items actually sell for. Im no longer a customer.
2 ★Ive purchased pallets from bulq 2 times in the past both were okay but i just rrcived my case today and norhing is as described i purchased this because i recently started selling on mercari thats what i bought the pallet for items are missin quanity of items are missing as well as tons of missing peices from all items nothing in my case actually has all parts i used my last 60$ using an app klarna just to even purchase this 249$ case im nkw stuck with payments that will be hard to pay back
1 ★Dont use them to source your inventory. They way overprice items and wont reimburse you when you catch it and make a claim. They are not worth wasting your money. When they make a mistake all they tell you is that was the retail price at the time even though the manufacturer price is right on the product which said $1 and they said it was 9.99. To me that means they cant read. $1 looks way different then $9.99. And yes I did send them pics of the product with the price. They never fixed it.

3 ★while the idea is there, I simply abhor the image compression on the app. Even high quality photos get compressed so badly that it makes all the lots seem unappealing from their thumbnail. Makes browsing uneventful
