Credibles is a crowdfunding service for fans of local food businesses.With Credibles, pre-pay your favorite local food businesses in advance to help them grow and succeed.
In return for your support, you will receive “edible credits” and additional sign-up rewards! You then use your Credibles as payment for purchases or as gifts. You can leave your wallet at home; just tell them, "I'm paying with Credibles."
If you eat, you're an investor.
(Businesses prefer Credibles over traditional loans, because they can repay their customers with the goods and services they sell, not with cash.)
With the Credibles app, you

- pre-pay a participating business, for edible credits
- check your balances at the business you prepaid
