With doctor search and symptom checker.The ADAC Medical e-health app enables you to arrange consultations with German-speaking doctors by (video) phone* via our partners Medgate Deutschland GmbH (for stays abroad) and TeleClinic GmbH, regardless of your location - as a rule, you can even get this online doctor's or gp appointment within three hours. You can also use the AI-supported symptom checker, of our partner Infermedica.

ADAC Basic, Plus or Premium membership is required to access telemedicine and doctor searches via our partner TeleClinic via the ADAC Medical health app. To gain access to the Medgate service, you must have international health insurance or Premium membership with ADAC. Please note that you must take out your membership and international health insurance for cover abroad at least 24 hours before travelling. Furthermore, the Medical health app offers you the opportunity to make appointments with a doctor or gp in your area around the clock via our partner Doctolib GmbH - for you and your family. Finding & booking a doctor has never been easier!
No ADAC membership is required to use the pharmacy service with your pharmacies via the ADAC Medical App.

Notes on using the ADAC Medical health app:
• To use the telemedicine app and to find & book doctors, you need your adac.de log-in information. If you have not yet registered, you can do so at www.adac.de/mein-adac.
• For security reasons, you will need to confirm your identity once in order to use the telemedicine app. For this purpose, the ADAC Medical App uses the online selfie-identification procedure, which you will be guided through after logging in.
