しかし、毎日少しずつ、と決意しても実践するのはとても難しいのではないでしょうか。
これは、運動や日常動作の訓練、栄養や口腔ケアなどご自宅でのリハビリの具体的な方法を提案するとともに、リハビリを習慣にできるようなしかけのあるアプリです
寝たきり予防や介護が必要な状態の改善のため、リハビリは大変重要です。
通いの場やデイサービスなどでリハビリや介護予防をがんばっている方も多いと思います。しかし、そうした場でのリハビリや介護予防だけでは十分でないこともあります。また地域で感染症が流行していたりすると開催されなかったりしますし、その日の体調によっては参加したくなくなる、ということもあるのではないでしょうか。
このアプリは、介護が必要になった高齢者の方や介護予防を実践したい高齢者の方がご自宅（イエ）でリハビリを続けられるようにするためのアプリです。リハビリや介護予防で重要とされる運動や日常動作の訓練、栄養や口腔ケアなどについて方法を紹介するとともに、リハビリを習慣にできるよう毎日の頑張りを見えるようにするなどの工夫をしています。
何に気をつけてどのような運動をすればよいか、どのように日常生活動作の訓練を行うのか、栄養や口腔ケアで気をつけるべき点はなにか、などリハビリの具体的な方法を提案するため、多職種の専門家が共同で開発しました。
本アプリは令和3年度広島県地域医療介護総合確保事業により、広島県慢性期医療協会、広島大学大学院共生社会医学講座・精神機能制御科学研究室が制作、令和5年度広島県地域医療介護総合確保事業により、アップデートを行いました。

・リハビリにとって重要となる運動、日常生活動作、口腔ケア、栄養それぞれについて具体的なリハビリ方法を提案しています。
・文字入力など複雑な操作は要りません。タップのみで操作できます。
・ご自宅で効果的かつ安全にできるリハビリ方法を各領域の専門家が選びました。
・それぞれの専門家が作成したリハビリ方法を画像や動画で見ることができます。
・運動や栄養についての考え方、栄養補助食品についてなど様々な資料を見ることができます。
・毎日行うリハビリ方法を選択し、それが出来たら記録することで、毎日の頑張りが見えるようにしています。
