Einfach, schnell und flexibel lernen. Wann ich will und wo ich will. Mittels UNIQA Study ist dies nun möglich, da Lernende auf digitale Lerninhalte von Smartphone, Tablet oder PC aus jederzeit auf die Plattform zugreifen können.

Durch die Nutzung der "Microlearning-Strategie" lernen Mitarbeiter:innen in kurzen Lernsequenzen, sogenannten "Learning-Nuggets". Dabei kommen Lernkarten zum Einsatz, die durch Erklärungen, Fotos und Videos ergänzt werden.

Die Lerninhalte werden von der zentralen Vertriebsaus- und -weiterbildung entwickelt/ zugekauft und laufend erweitert. Die UNIQA Study-App ist ein idealer Lernbegleiter und unterstützt die Mitarbeiter:innen unter anderem bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Seminaren, der Vorbereitung auf Prüfungen und Kundenterminen sowie bei der Aneignung IDD-relevanter Themen!

Egal ob man alleine oder im Wettkampf mit anderen Kolleg:innen lernt - der Lernfortschritt wir immer mitgespreichert und ist jederzeit einsehbar. Auch als schnelles und mobiles Nachschlagewerk ist die App ein toller Begleiter im Berufsalltag.
