Description
Easily search your SMS text messages, plus analyze some fun statistics.Type in a few keywords, press search, and messages that match will appear. You can choose to search only your inbox, your sent messages, or other (drafts, failed messages, etc.).
You can also run analytics about your overall texting habits. It will show things like total number of messages, total number of words, average words per message, unique words sent/received, etc.

If there are any bugs with the app, please email me and I will fix them. Rating 1-star reviews won't help fix it faster! Also note that the app is currently in beta, which means I haven't yet tested it extensively on many different phone versions.
This app is Open Source and all the source code can be found on GitHub.

How to install SMS Search (Beta) APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download SMS Search (Beta) APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.kac.sms-v0.2.2-ApkClean.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
