How to install GO Backup & Restore Pro APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★I've used Go launcher for years and it is a great product. However, over the weekend I bought the backup app, and has yet to backup anything. It simply schedules a back and reports a failure. No contacts, files, Apps or anything will backup. I am using a Note 4 from Samsung. Save your money - don't waste it on this app.
1 ★I did several backups, local and cloud. I relied on this service and when I switched devices (from Note 2 to Note 4 both unroot) there's no data anywhere. Everything that was backed up through this app is gone and now it doesn't backup at all (not that I'm relying on this again. The other apps have been good and that's why I trusted this app. I'd like a refund.
1 ★I don't think this app work for samsung galaxy s5. I tried to do a cloud and a external sdcard backup both failed… I contacted developers waiting for a response… will give more stars if they can fix!!

1 ★Your app doesn't even read the fact that I have backups on my sd card on a Samsung Galaxy S4... also, when you said you've fixed the whole sms backup problem, not it says there are "no sms or don't have permisison" which it has never done before. Your app is dying, and I paid for it for no reason a can't even use it.. fix it asap.

1 ★Have had the app since 2013... now since my android system updated it does nothing. I had to factory reset my phone and lost valuable information that was supposed to have been backed up but wasn't. Not happy at all and would not recommend you to download it.
1 ★Eve after the latest update that claims it's fixed.Just like with many other users, it doesn't matter if it's local or cloud storage, it does not work!!! I've contacted the developer for a fix or explanation 3 times already with no response except for an automated message. On my 4th attempt, I did finally get a human response and asked for a refund and haven't heard from the since. I was a fan of anything go. I've invested ALOT of money in their products, until now. Will never buy a premium from them again.
