5 ★Some people are giving this app a bad rating because they are trying to pair it the wrong way. You don't pair this in the Bluetooth settings, you go into THIS app and pair from within. There is no point necessary.

2 ★Cant connect to my android phone. Whats the pin for the bluetooth not even shown in the website

1 ★Three different androids couldn't pair

3 ★Love the idea behind this app, it pairs easily with my phone (s6 edge), I like all the useful real-time info however it would be great if I could change some of the info to be reflective of my area. For example, the tariff per kwh where I live is $.10, not $1.00 as indicated, seems like this could be any easy thing to let the user adjust. Could also use a run through spell check. A couple updates and it would be a five star app. I would still consider purchasing another.

3 ★It's a nice idea it's just let down by the app it needs major bug fixes and away to refresh the connection, I have had the bluetooth loose connection there is no way to rescan just uninstall the app and try again, that's not good.. The plug works great and the information is spot on, let's hope it gets updated software..

2 ★Difficult to get it to pair with the WiTenergy power meter. Difficult to re-establish a connection once lost. Spelling and grammar errors all over. Overall, good concept, but needs work. I can't recommend this or the device to anyone as is.

2 ★Main problem is connection - will rarely if ever reconnect cleanly, on many occasions have had to reinstall just to 'forget' devices which are obviously never going to connect properly. That this method works clearly indicates the problem is with the app. Certainly put me off buying any more which is a shame as device itself very good.
