Purchased end of May, was working ok, now won't link to the app, as its asking for permissions to access to everything on my phone, of which a lot of it is personal and they shouldn't need access to. Watch still works, just cant link to the app to view sleep pattern and monitor step patterns. Not happy after just over 2 months use
1 ★Doesn't store any data... Have to physically do a heart rate check when I want one done. Also the message notification system does not work at all! I either get no alerts or the same message alert happens 10 times in a row and doesn't clear. Not to mention that the watch disconnects from my phone allllll the time Very disappointed so far
5 ★Very happy no problems. It does what I need on my Samsung S10. I was worried seeing the poor reviews, but I can not personally say I agree. I actually wanted to put my comment as I thought it sad the reviews were so negative. For the price and my needs im most definitely not into over board fancy devices at 3k a bargin so for 370 rand Im pretty happy. Would only have like the sleeping app added in to gage my patterns as I do sleep badly. Thats about all.
1 ★I just bought this wrist gadget it was written Germany but whole its system and website is Chinese. Also you will need a separate app to use this. The worst thing of all the app does not sync to the wrist watch so. It is very difficult to navigate as the sensors are not working well. Totally do not recommend and best to not buy! I'm returning it to the shop
1 ★Same issue as a lot of people, app won't sync to device so cannot adjust time etc or upload data to phone. Shame cannot give no stars!

1 ★App keeps disconnecting my device and then i struggle to reconnect. I have Uninstalled the app as it refuses to connect now the app does not even want to open.
1 ★Ive just bought this for my son I am disappointed I cant log in or make an account without it saying user already exists when we have never signed up to this and I cant sync the device to the app to even change the time! Someone needs to get back to me or ill be sending it back!
3 ★The app works but there are a few kinks: 1. Reset of password, my not work,. You will receive an email with the link, and the link is broken, reply to the email, they will resent you a new password. New emails are received with the new password . I needed to be a little patient. the app needs getting used to. The status button, gives you the current status. For the sport function, when you click on Heart rate chart, it gives you the heart rate for the day. Each time it is measured.
2 ★watch is useful for counting steps. that's it. it's pretty sensitive, too, so i feel like it's always off. the app is confusing and drains my phone battery. i'm only redownloading it because the time on my watch is off and i have to sync it to set the time -- instead of, you know, that being in the options. i can't get the heart rate stuff to work at all either. i don't need that functionality, but it's probably frustrating for those who do.
5 ★Great app, instructions a little hard to follow, does not check blood pressure automatically wish it did ! Sinking up the device to phone was a little tricky. DO not try to go to bluetooth to connect, if you have already done this then delete the connection. The app will do the connecting for you. Otherwise it will not connect. For the price it's great, just wish it had AUTO blood pressure, O2, and history.
2 ★The app has potential but it is poor in its current state. Most of the English doesn't make sense. Watch is disconnected frequently. App will run for 30 days without registering. Seems to be losing step counts. Not sure if this is the bracelet or the app, but some mornings the step count goes down. The only historical data available are sleep hours, and steps. No daily history, just weekly and monthly. Sleep analysis seems fairly accurate.
