2 ★Opted into all the savings sessions in December, out of 6 only one is showing any savings, 1 shows that I didn't opt in when I did and the rest are all still calculating! Either the app isn't working or these sessions are pointless if there's no benefit to doing them
1 ★Just updated, lost nearly every facility. I only have account settings and I can see my balance. No usage date, historical or live, not bills, no octopoints. I have a home button but no others. Something drastically wrong.
3 ★Am really struggling with Go Intelligent after using Octopus Go for last 12 months OK. In set up process I can't get past '+Connect Device' and since I am mid way through the transfer the whole charging process is hung up - my battery is not charging and is now down at 2%!
3 ★It's OK but having opted into saving sessions the results constantly say still calculating over 10 days after the sessions completed so...seems quick to take money but slow to give rewards. I also have to wait 3 days before I can see what my usage is on the app and my in-house display constantly cuts out
1 ★Very poor app, for me. When it opens it does not appear able to move away from the home page. I can't check any bill's or statements, and I'm unable to enter meter readings, and I can't make extra payments.
2 ★The toggle switch under usage to change Kw to pounds no longer works for the intelligent go tariff. Clicking it beings up the error "Sorry, we can't estimate this cost just yet, but we're working on it. For now, check your bills for an accurate look at these charges.". Already emailed hello@ but no response yet. ACC A-910DAADC
1 ★Initially worked fine but apparently lost connection nearly 2 months ago so we've had no usage stats. Has consequently meant a VERY high estimated bill. Octopus have been useless about it and have also failed to raise a complaint as requested. Am considering contacting the regulator.
3 ★What it allows you to do works OK, but it seems very limited in terms of functionality. For example changing your tariff, why can I not view ALL available Octopus tariffs and then select the one I want? Instead I spent an infuriating couple of hours going backwards and forwards between the app, the website and 3 separate customer service advisers in order to switch to the tariff I was looking for.
4 ★Updated review to 4 stars 8/11 as I can now submit readings through the app but still no automatic downloads but this may be a problem with the meters rather than the app. Very user friendly but I can't see my usage and there's a bug that prevents me from submitting electric readings (gas allows me to enter the reading).
3 ★App fixed and works OK, not as good as other suppliers but does the job. Other suppliers take reading every hour and can see a graph for a day, so it shows what times of the day your using more energy, you can see spikes when heating appliances are on etc, makes it easier to know what's using energy and help control spending. This app has nothing like that, its 2 to 3 days later before just seeing a total of what was used that day, wish they'd also took over Bulb app as well as their customers
3 ★Trying to get Intelligent tariff but there is nowhere on the home screen to show this. I have searched everywhere and the staff at octopus have been less than helpful! I have had an Ohme Home Pro installed but no way to talk to it through your app.
1 ★Not skipped a beat in years but today I can't top up the app just keeps crashing. Please fix ASAP I need more electric QUICK. Have restarted my phone and have tried reinstalling the app but still just keeps crashing before I can make a payment.
